    Greetings,

How would one handle multiple b0 values in generating the FA map, color map, ADC map and etc etc.

Currently I have deciphered the gradient table to look like this:

 0, 0, 0
 -1, -0.166, 0.11
 -0.901, 0.169, 0.815
 -0.656, -0.582, -0.9
 -0.693, -0.357, -0.543
 0.525, 0.639, 0.33
 0.524, -0.609, -0.22
 0.004, 0.511, -0.414
 0.679, -0.884, -0.262
-0.088, -0.294, -0.887
 -0.257, -0.086, -0.863
 0, 0, 0
 0, 0.986, 0.664
 -0.419, -0.601, -0.386
 0.366, 0.8, 0.259
 -0.698, -0.924, -0.488
 -0.396, 0.689, -0.013
 -0.783, -0.065, -0.233
 -0.91, 0.627, 0.737
 0.139, -0.296, 0.432
 0.185, -0.907, -0.089
 -0.443, 0.867, 0.504
 0, 0, 0
 0, 0, 0.74
 -0.11, 0.781, 0.433
 0.66, 0.143, 0.35
 0.178, -0.14, -0.683
 0.753, 0.341, -0.944
 0.335, -0.791, -0.947
 -0.415, -0.589, 0.535
 -0.721, 0.362, 0.863
 -0.979, 0.302, -0.453
 0.859, -0.491, -0.025

The generated FA map looks good however the color map is way off. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

as long as the gradient is expressed as (0,0,0), the image will be considered as B0, no matter how many B0s do you have.

for the bad color map, it is mostly caused by mismatching between the gradients and images. please double check.
