1. The population averaged atlases are created based on twenty (DTI and T2) or fifteen (T1) normal term-birth (37 - 41 gestational weeks)
neonates scanned within 4 days after birth.

2. Small ss stands for "skull-stripped" and large SS stands for "single subject".
